At Nutridome, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty selection. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unopened condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Secure Your Package

  Place the unused items back into their original packaging and include the printed return form to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

  Ship to Nutridome

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
